Thank you for shopping with Recalibrate. We want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and obligations under Swedish law and EU consumer protection regulations.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU & Sweden)

As a consumer within the EU/EEA, you generally have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days from the day you (or a person you have appointed) receive the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at info@recalibrate.se before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.


2. Free Returns for Unopened Products

If the product is unopened and still in its original sealed packaging, we offer free returns within 14 days. We will cover the return shipping costs, and you will receive a full refund once the product is received and inspected.


3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Under Swedish and EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed hygiene products that are not suitable for return once opened for health protection reasons, if the seal or packaging has been broken after delivery.

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by you.

  • Customized or personalized items made specifically for you.

⚠️ Because our products are hygiene-related, any product with an opened package cannot be returned, unless it is defective due to a production error.


4. Defective or Faulty Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged upon arrival, or faulty due to a manufacturing issue (not caused by misuse, mishandling, or wear and tear), you must contact us at info@recalibrate.se within a reasonable time after discovery.

We will open a case to review your claim. If the defect is confirmed, you are entitled under Swedish consumer law to:

  • Receive a replacement product free of charge, or

  • Receive a full refund, including original shipping costs.

We may request photos or proof of the defect before processing your claim.


5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item or proof of return shipment.

  • All returned products are inspected upon arrival. If a returned product is found to have been opened, unsealed, used, or damaged, and therefore falls under the hygiene exemption in EU consumer law, the return will be rejected. In such cases, no refund will be issued, and the product will not be sent back to you.
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original order.

  • If the product is defective or wrongly supplied, all costs (including shipping) will be refunded.

  • If the product is returned unopened within the withdrawal period, we cover the return shipping and issue a full refund.


6. Your Legal Rights

This Return & Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights under Swedish consumer law and EU regulations.

If you are dissatisfied with our handling of your case, you may turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or use the EU’s online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
