At Recalibrate AB, we strive to ensure your order is processed and delivered as smoothly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, shipping costs, estimated delivery times, and your responsibilities as a customer.
1. Processing Times

Orders placed before 15:00 (CET) on business days are processed and shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 15:00 or on weekends/public holidays are processed on the next business day.

If we anticipate a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you by email.
2. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times:

Sweden: 1–3 business days

European Union: 2-5 business days
Please note: delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur during weekends, public holidays, or due to issues with carriers outside our control.
3. Shipping Costs

European Union: 59 SEK per order
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
4. Risk of Loss and Responsibility
Risk of loss passes to the carrier once your order has been handed over for shipping. If a package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at info@recalibrate.se and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Depending on the outcome, we may arrange a replacement or other suitable solution.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the product passes to you.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately at info@recalibrate.se with photos of the packaging and product.

If your package is lost in transit, notify us and we will open a case with the carrier. Please allow time for the carrier’s investigation before a replacement or refund can be issued.
6. Incorrect Address
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, additional shipping costs may apply to resend it.
7. Customs and Import Duties
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees. These are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.
