1. Clean and dry the area thoroughly before applying the tape.
2. Remove the protective layer and attach the nose tape over the bridge of your nose.
3. Remove the protective layer and apply the mouth tape over your lips to keep your mouth closed during sleep.
4. Remove the tape carefully in the morning to avoid skin irritation. (For beards: remove slowly in the direction of hair growth to avoid pulling.)
